Thoroughly examine and assess construction activities progress and property conditions.

Regularly monitor project and site compliance with Federal standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Diligently collect and review legal forms and other documentation.

Precisely communicate and record any minor and/or significant defects as we observe them.

Carefully verify whether defects identified during a previous inspection were repaired.

Reporting

Accurately report the status of the property's construction activity and condition in detail.

Concisely explain to our clients any identified minor and/or significant defects.

Promptly submit generated inspection reports to clients within 24-72 hours.
