Preparation
  • Closely work with clients to plainly define objectives.

  • Carefully review HUD and lender requirements and prepare the appropriate inspection checklist to ensure that specific items are inspected as required.

  • Clearly communicate our inspection approach to the point-of-contact and/or the on-site team.

  • Efficiently request and organize documentation prior to the scheduled inspection.

Execution
  • Thoroughly examine and assess construction activities progress and property conditions.

  • Regularly monitor project and site compliance with Federal standards, regulations, and guidelines.

  • Diligently collect and review legal forms and other documentation. 

  • Precisely communicate and record any minor and/or significant defects as we observe them.

  • Carefully verify whether defects identified during a previous inspection were repaired.

Reporting
  • Accurately report the status of the property's construction activity and condition in detail.

  • Concisely explain to our clients any identified minor and/or significant defects.

  • Promptly submit generated inspection reports to clients within 24-72 hours.
